Flambeau red is a recognised colour and any paint supplier will mix it for you. Mind you, I have had several different "interpretations" of flambeau red from different sources - just find a reliable supplier and then stick with them. NEVER call it "orange" to any case man Evil or Very Mad

It don't matter what color you paint it, somebody will tell you it's wrong anyway.

I got a spray can from a Case/IHC dealer called "Power Red/ Rouge Stable" B17670N which I found would match the $100+ paint perfectly. I used it for touch-ups and painting small parts or nuts and bolts.

I saw this post regarding colors of DB, so I thought I would ask a question here. Our family has a 1973 DB 885. It is brown w/white fenders, grill, hood, etc. Why are some DB brown, and others flambeau red? Does it depend on year and/or model? Thanks.
