It's making a nice job because it's dry. He wouldn't be able to go if it was very wet and even a steel tracked machine would struggle a bit.

It is really heavy land and is in an area of South Warwickshire, in about the centre of England, that was traditionally green side up farming country. But anything less than 4tn/acre is considered a disappointment and 5tn+ is the target.
