My '51 Case SC-

An old pic, 1031D and I have something in common- the "I ran an Allis baler with a yellow tractor" club- pic taken in about '83. Machinery is long gone except for the running gear that is under that rack.

My Case with the loader, it's a Case 101 or 151 or something like that-

The Case and a JD horse drawn planter, being hauled from central MN to south western Virginia coal country to my inlaws. I live in Savannah, GA.

The tractor doing a little work with another hobby of mine, old Ski Doos-

And my JD B I had in high school, serial number 117506- last known near Little Falls, MN and the guy I tracked it down to won't or would not return my calls. Reward if found and they will SELL it to me!

Any info on my Combine would be helpfull. My grandfather said it's either a 160 of 145. The decals are too far gone to read.

If you are asking about the self propelled combine that would be an Allis-Chalmers Super 100. Could be either a 1957 or 1958 model. The pull type combine is probably a model 60 or 66 depending on how wide the cutter bar is.

Patrick, at least you have got some moisture in your soil. The ground in my area is that hard the spadelugs on my Case C do not penertrate in so you can imagine how rough the ride is.
Hope you have got a real long tow chain to get your tractor out without getting another one bogged as well!
Regards,
John

Thanks John.
It took a D6 to pull me out of the one with the plow , as you can see , I
did not have the stick-rake on , I was able to lift front & tilt back & reverse
out of the other one . That was a couple of years ago , where I live , there
are heaps of springs , & I had to just keep finding them , including one
where I had duals on , still went down , took me 4hrs to dig myself out ,
plus the hour walk each way to get the Embarassed shovel.

The MH 44 second from the end belongs to my sister and the Oliver Row Crop belongs to a friend of mine. There are many more waiting in the wings to get going.
