Perhaps I wasn't clear in my previous posting, so I will try to explain better this time.

The gang on the right side (if you're looking back at the drill from the tractor) drops down, but the seed is not dropping and I believe I have arrived at a cause. The spring is broken and I don't know where the other end attaches. This spring is up under the seed box and pulls a gear down. Anyone know what the strength of this spring is, where both ends attach, and where I can get one? The other side is broken, too, and is tied with baling wire and a piece of inner tube. I'd really like to get this fixed and fixed right.

Any input is very much appreciated. Thank you.
