1948 Farmall FC average price...

What would be the average price for a Farmall FC 1948, it has a belly mower, no three point?.
No fenders. It has the two tires up front that are together and slanted, I think that may be called row crop?
I bought plugs, points, condensor, and distributor cap, man that was spendy $100, it has the original 6v system negative ground. Some of these parts prices for tractors is a great big ripp-off. It does start up immediately with no hesitation.
Thanks for a reply Dave

Re: 1949-50 Farmall C...

Here, anywhere from 1300-2000 If in good shape and running. I think the serial numbers are posted on here for year.

Serial number is on the seat frame right side. I have to agree with Mike on the prices. Bout the same here though I got my 48 for $650 running in fair shape (no mower). No fenders and needed the gas tank overhauled. They do run good and will suprise you with their power for the size.
Here's a link to mine.

I wish I could find one here for that. They are 2000+ and Super Cs are higher. There are plenty of Cubs and Super As in the condition like yours Ron, but Cs are scarce.
i got my C, narrow front, no fenders for 800$ needed a crank seal in the timing cover.. and usual tlc and body work.. needed a battery.. etc. had already been semi converted to 12v net grnd. had no belt pulley, but did have pto.

was a fun project
