I know for sure the 201 cu. in. three cylinder in the 4500 ford has no sleeves, but am unsure about the 3000 ag. You could try the site for Ford parts and search 3000 sleeves ...???? Or maybe a parts breakdown exploded view for a 3000 ???

I show neither the gas or diesel version of the 3000 has sleeves.

unless it has been to a machine shop it won't.

you sure it's overheating.

does it act hot.. or are you relying on the cluster gauge?
