Are you using a photo hosting site like photobucket, piccasa, ect? I did some extensive work on a 4010D Wheatland that was 24V, but they fried the generator so I switched it to 12V. Your 24V system is negative ground, 2 12V batteries hooked in series. When I switched, we used a Motorola alternator and starter from a junk yard 4020, then adjusted the wiring according. 24V is only for starting, everything else was 12V.
