Here's some of the green beans we picked last Friday. The ones on the left are Roma or flat bush beans, and Blue Lake beans are on the right.

I had some fresh picked KY Wonder beans for supper last night. :D I have half a dozen bean plants that didn't drown the first planting,
and they yielded just enough for supper, the rest are just setting blooms. It'll be a couple more weeks before they start producing good.
A couple of dead vines gave me some little red 'taters to cook with them, and pulled an onion for a little flavoring along with a strip of bacon. ;)
Had to put my boots on to get in the garden yesterday, because my brother's broccoli just couldn't wait any longer. So I decided to see what
other goodies I could find. I don't know if they're better because they're fresh, or better because they're fresh outta your own garden. ;)
