Tractor manufacturers made tons of promotional items. More so from the early 50's through the mid 70's.
I've not seen this one before, but that's the time frame where it would fit in. Being stamped leather wouldn't surprise me.
They would have been handed out at the dealers likely with instructions and the glue to put your own photo on them.
I'm sure there is a collector's market for it, but I wouldn't know where to find its value.
