My Cockshutt 30s need a bit of a tune up and one of the things I would like to do is adjust the jets. The carbs are Zeniths with a spring loaded blade screw angled up at the top front and a "'T" handle sticking out the front of the carb at the bottom. Any suggestions on what order to adjust and where to rough adjust to start?

The bottom is your load adjustment, maybe a turn and a quarter or so on it. The top is your low idle. Turn and half or so on it. Crank them in to the spring is collapsed but not so its messing it up. Then crank them out some. You might need to overhaul it if sits a lot. Today's gas is nasty and gums them out.
