Ran over the potatoes yesterday with my VAC-14 and Case BE-2 eagle hitch rotary hoe.The rotary hoe does a good job killing the small weeds that come up before the potatoes emerge. It has been a wet spring here and I have some covercrop wheat that I didnt get killed before planting.
Nick, glad to see someone is getting something done! We have got almost 8" of rain this month and most of it in the last 7 days! We got a 3 day break and I managed to get a few machines fixed so I can hit my spring field work HARD!
That is a very nice looking Case VAC-14. I had not seen a tractor like this or the rotary hoe. Both units seem to fit together nicely! Ground looks great. Thanks for stopping and taking some good pictures!
Thanks for posting Nick, I would love to run across one of those rotary hoe's one of these days, they would be so handy to break the crust after a rain. I hope you keep on taking the time to post some pictures when you use your equipment cause I sure do like seeing them.
