They were primarily an industrial tractor I think, lots of road departments used them for mowing road sides. I think the whole tractor was made by LeRoi. They used the same platform to build air compressor tractors like the Tractair. There's not a whole lot of info on the internet about them, here is one source - http://www.tractair.com/

What do you need to know? I have one with a mower out in the field. It could be restored or parted.
I looked at one the other day and not knowing value or parts availability or even where to check serial numbers I put in a low offer, just wondering if it was a good or bad move

I'm a new member. Do you still have a centaur tractor? I just found one and am learning about them. I was born in NE and raised in IA. My fathers name is LeRoy, raised in Omaha, and I am wondering if there was any relationship. The one I found runs good but needs some parts. I'd be interested in what you have and any information you might have.

I'm sorry but I wasn't able to strike a deal on that tractor and lost it to another buyer. I will try to find the websites I had when I was looking at it so please stand by :)
