Couldn't find a new clutch disc for my latest mechanical project, (note I didn't say restoration project), a M-H 30. I got the local CarQuest to send it to someone in StLouis and got it back in 3 days looking better'n new for $60.00. Just a little old 9" disc, I didn't think that was too bad. What do you guys think of the price ??

Sounds about right to me.
I bought my last 44 clutch disk at a NAPA store. They seem to be more intune with owners o old tractors cars and trucks in this area.

It is so hard to find anyone that will do any kind of work like this in my area. So many of the older guys are retiring that can do machine work, clutch repair, radiator repair,etc.. If they have kids they don't have any intrest in the family business to carry it on. I just got off the phone a little while ago calling all over town to see who can machine my flywheel for my 2N Ford I'm working on. I think I called about 5 or 6 places before I found one that will do it. And the guy on the phone kind of has me worried just by the way he sounded confused. I'll have to take it this week and see what he says

if you can find a machine shop that can grind it rather than turn it on a lathe when it gets tricky is when you have a second step on flywheel for double clutch
