Hi I'm rebuilding a IR 240 new everything
after putting engine in with new clutch,pressure plate, throw bearing, pilot bearing
clutch won't disengage.I'v adj linkage and everything looks right Clutch in right way
Is it possible i put the pressure plate on to tight ?Any help would be great. I would hate to pull every thing again

Have you tried towing it round and round on a hard surface stomping on the brake 3 or 4 times, this can, at times, release it,

No not yet I'll give it a shot. I'm also going to try to loosen the pressure plate.
