early corn is up and beginning to tossel out' and is looking great

except for some early food plots that i put out

it came up but the turkeys and deer hit it hard early,
leaving at best a 60% stand. on about 10 acres
so the end of last month i disked it up and replanted on the 29th,

now i have corn that is tosseling and some that has just came up good
but so far all is looking good

that gives me another chance at fresh field corn to freeze as well

We've planted sweet corn twice and it rotted before germinating.

Corns all up, but it isn't looking too hot. We need rain badly!

we are in need of rain also
but the early coprn around here is beautiful,
however it is beginning the tosseling stage
and a good soaker would definatley put it over the top
