Hello All- new to the forum, attempted a search but seemed like I did something wrong. Anyways, I am doing a tune up on my fathers 1938 John Deere A. It was surprisingly hard to get a spark plug application for that tractor. I ordered new plugs from a chart I found on-line (Autolite 3076) but when I went to swap them the plugs that were in there were significantly longer reach. (champion W-89D). I don't mind running the new autolites if that's what's supposed to be in there, but don't want to hurt the performance of the tractor by moving the spark back from the combustion chamber so far. I included a photo for reference. anyone have a opinion on this? Thank you in advance
