Are you sure you have fuel, and the plugs are connected to the distributor in the proper firing order?

Yes. Gone over everything a few times. 4 mechanics baffled. Thinking now that camshaft is worn. Not enough lift. Does not have suction on carb intake.

I don't know what the differences are, but the AGCO parts book shows two different head assemblies 70233705 and 70241591 (effective tr. #18000 and up). First I've seen that number break. The break between a 149 and 160 engine was 9001.
