Easy Peach Cobbler
1 stick of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 large can of slice peaches
Melt stick of butter in 9x13 pan .Pour peaches in the melted butter . Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and milk together. Pour over the peaches . Bake at 425degrees for 20-25 minutes.
This is an old favorite of mine . You can use fresh peaches ,but need to cook them some before you put in pan.

Seems so rich for my diet but sounds so good, will have to try it. I wonder if it needs that much butter. Maybe small portions....James
Sweetie makes a crisp I like, can use any fruit but peach is the best.

1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
5 cups fruit

Combine 1st 4 ingredients, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Place fruit in 10"x6"x2"pan, sprinkle mixture over fruit. Bake uncovered 350 degrees about 40 minutes. Serve warm w/ ice cream....James
