3/4 cp Bourbon
6 Lg egg yolks
3/4 cps sugar
2 1/2 cps milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Beat egg yolks and sugar in medium saucepan. Slowly beat in 2 cups of the milk, cook over medium heat until approx 150 degrees or mixture coats a metal spoon. Remove from heat, strain into container, stir in remaining milk, bourbon, vanilla and nutmeg. Cover and chill over night.
