Good morning all!

My parts came in and I rebuilt the fuel pump and carb. The beastie started right up :)
Next on the list is changing the fluids, oil, gear, hydraulic. Question is... should I run any sort of engine flush before changing the oil or just be thankful whatever goop that is in there is keeping the old seals from leaking like a sieve

I'd do a simple thing and put 10w40 or 15w40 conventional oil in it, a new filter, and run it until it gets really dirty then change it again. Today's oils are much better than those in the tractor's days.

I gotta agree with Jim. The same with the other fluids. just drain them good and refill with new.
