Hi all,

Does anyone know --How hard parts would be to get for this?

How bad do magnetos get setting? Cost to repair?

Any idea of what this should be worth?

All answers appreciated.
Allegedly it is a 1936 and for sale at a "reasonable price" too.

Do a quick Google search and check E-bay. They turn up quite a bit of parts for F-12 tractors.
Donor tractors can be found, and there's always salvage yards.
I can't say about the magneto on tractors......never messed with one.
I generally see them selling for around $1200 to $1800 in decent to good field condition, around the middle of KY.

Magnetos once they are setup will be more reliable than any other igntion. Not much to them. Depending on the type, Steiner Tractor does sell some repair kits. Tho the kits may be listed for a different manufacturer (ie John Deere). Tho I wouldnt worry about the mag unless it has no fire. With a mag that rarely happens, it is why people loved them for tractors and airplanes.

If it is at a auction? Dont say anything until the auctioneer asks for an offer and low ball it at $200. Tho I agree with Dave around 1200-1500
