I have a 1963 Farmall 140 with a Woods Belly mower. I have a seal leaking on the pulley wheel.
How do I pull the wheel off?

There are 3 screws you can take off but the pulley does not slide off. May be caked on from paint. Should I just heat it up and tap it off?

Once you get that off, there are three more bolts thast need to come out. After you take them off will that piece just slide off so that I can replace the gasket?

Never had one as hard to remove as yours. I suggest some penetrating oil and a puller if you have one. If the seal is leaking as you say, there is usually some oil on the splined shaft which helps them slide off. I'm not ruling out heat, but I would use it as a last resort. The bolts holding the cap will allow access for a new replacement seal.
