A is idling speed
B is idling air mixture..the further in you screw it the richer the mixture
C is the main jet, the further in you screw the main jet, the leaner it becomes.
To get the thing to run, you usually have them both 2 1/2 to 3 turns out from the stop.
Adjust the main jet first at 3/4 throttle, then do the idle one at about 700 revs/
Fine tune it from there, every motor is different.
