The oldest member of our church congregation is 92. There are reserved parking spots at church for handicap & her. She won't use it. She was baptized at this church and parks where her parents and then her family parked. Same spot for 92 years. When asked why she didn't use the reserved spot, her comment was, let the ones that need to park close use it.
Hope I in that good of shape if I make it to 90.

Reminds me of the 90 year old man playing tennis that we saw on tv last night, he made the comment about the 85 year olds playing, just kids he said. :)

My MIL is 93, still drives and lives alone.

I go to the mall and walk with the "Old Folks", surprising how many walkers park in the handicap parking spaces. Now some of them use walkers, or walk slow, but really!

Everyday is a blessing, and the older folks that function way into their senior years are an inspiration.
