Sorry, I just found this post....I have a 4500, but it is the 201 diesel. The worst thing on mine is the steering box. It's worn pretty bad. But then, the motor is a fresh rebuild, .040 over, sleeved #3 because after we put it together there was a pinhole through the bore. Had to have #3 bored for an 1/8" sleeve, then the sleeve bored to .040. I don't know about the gassers, but the hoes themselves are a great hoe. If yours is the older loader with the two lever control, it is a bit difficult to master instead of the single control valve. Personally, I like the 4 lever hoe controls. A little difficult to get used to, but sweet once you do. How about some pictures sir ???
Does anyone know of a rattle can paint that matches King Kutter yellow?
The folks at my local TSC, Rural King, and Orscheln's who sell them have no idea.
Another forum said Rustoleum Caterpillar yellow....wrong answer.
how is the 4WD engaged and disabled. I am not asking about the lever used to engage or disengage. Where in the drive train is it disconnected? In the Transmission at the front differential or where and how?
thanks in advance!
I want to put ag lug tires on my little compact tractor I just purchased a few months ago. Turf tires just aren't working for what I want to use the little tractor to do. Though they look almost new I already have a leak in one of the 2-PLY front tires. Guess I ran over a rose thorn.:roll...
