I know what this is, but I've never seen one used....Anyone got a picture handy?? I don't think it will fit my 800 (???), and my 8n is relaxing so soundly that I'm unable to wake her... Can you believe an old boy near me had this thrown on the scrap pile along with a 2 row corn planter and a bunch of old tractor parts !!!! Man I got there just ahead of the junkman, by accident. He told me his dad bought this with his 8n when purchased new in the '40's. I guess its authentic, cant see anything that says Ford.

Saddles fit under rear axle and the other hooks to three point which lifts the tractor. Never seen one used on a flat, but we used them often for spreading the wheels for the cultivator and such. We left the engine running so the 3-point wouldn't leak down.
You know about memory, but I think ours was hinged.
Had a loop that went under the front and raised the front as the rear went up. Handy for spreading the tread width.

I wish. I only had time to install the painted dash and support and pump the gearbox full of cornhead grease. Do you know where I can pick up a set of used rear rims for my 8n. I'd be willing to get rid of both hat rims in exchange. One hat rim is rusted badly. I don't want one hat rim and one aftermarket rim on the same tractor.

My first thought is Rippy's tractor parts near BonneTerre. I'm sure there are tons of them on the internet but I don't really have a specific site. Someone here should give an idea of where to look.
