fuller johnson 9 hp?

within the next week or so , a friend ask me to go with him to check this engine out.supposedly its not stuck and has somekind of mill with it. i dont know squat about hit and miss but would like to own one..i think the asking price is 1200... can the experts give some advice as to what to look for,? i will try and get some pics when we go... thanks
