By chance was this tractor used at one time in maintaning large lawns or turfs? Reason i'm asking is the only time tires like these have been seen in this area is on Golf course type tractors.

Yes this VAC had a belly mower on it .It doesnt appear to have many hours on it.The original owner installed power steering on it to make it easier for his young daughter to mow with.
