Grease your Trunion

Trunion broke on the back side of a 3070 Ferguson. 3000 hours probably never seen grease. Welded up and ready to go. Farmer stopped by and after looking at it he said he was going home and grease his 3070 . He had never seen the fitting. What"s worse is his has 9000 hours. I rebuilt the front of the 2010 JD I'm 1orking on now back in 82. My friend broke it hitting a tree. All the welding shops said it would never hold. One old welder know1n for being the best sai8d keep on going that's the way I'd do it. 40 years later can't tell it ever broke.
