Hamburger STROGANAFF
1 LB. HAMBURGER
3 SLICES OF BACON , diced
1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
3/4 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP PAPRIKA & DASH OF PEPPER
1 CAN MUSHROOMSOUP
1/2 CUP WATER
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
Brown hamburger & bacon,stir until fine add onion & cook until tender; drain .
Add pspricka, pepper & salt. Stir in soup & water .Cook slowly 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream
and heat ,but do not boil . Serve over hot ,buttered noodles.
