4 cups self-rising flour
2/3 cup shortening
2 tbsp. baking powder
1tsp. sugar
2 cups buttermilk

Mix biscuits as usual. Place 1 stick of margarine in pan and put in oven to melt. Remove pan from oven.
Pour ½ of margarine out of pan. Place biscuits in pan. Spoon remaining margarine (what was poured out of pan) over biscuits.

I made a batch of these this morning. What I learned. Next time only make a half of a batch. Way more biscuits then I need . They're good but don't need 20+ biscuits. ;)

I don't remember how many that Mrs. Jim could get from a batch. It might depend upon how large one makes them. But the real question is, did yall like them :?: :?: :?: ;)
