I think I just picked up a little IH make and break that may be able to make this thing operate. This has a 3 hp (I think) and what I picked up is a 2. It does not have the radiator, though. At least it would operate the baler, maybe not enough power to bale though...It would just be for display anyway. By the way, all the parts on the baler work when you turn the flywheel by hand, nothing is stuck. Someone told me this was a '37 model 2 when I posted it before...

Well, I can't take credit for THIS particular purchase...I was busy loading some stuff and I left MrsMassey with the auctioneer and when I came back she said "a....a....a.....no one would bid so I said FIVE DOLLARS...and he yelled SOLD !!!" We got some bargains that day for sure. She is a wicked one, that MrsMassey.   I guess that's been near 8 maybe 9 years ago.

I'd be taking her with me more often. ;)
Oh, I've got a lot of auction stories about her....She has an eye for a bargain for sure !!! Pretty good company too..

And Mike...She went yard saling one day close to 20 years ago while I was at work and when I came home she said, "I got good news and I got bad news,
She said the bad news is you gotta hook onto the trailer tonight...the good news is you remember that Oliver 77 you've been eyeing for years in that guys yard off of Valentine Drive???? Well, I bought it for $400.00....but...to get it for that price, you have to haul off the 3 point wood splitter, a 6' three point blade and a rear dirt scoop !!!!".

Now ain't that just terrible, that's just a sample of the stuff I've had to put up with over the years...   Boy o boy, I have sure had it ROUGH.

By the way, the 77 is the one my daughter was rolling the road with a while back.

Looks pretty sturdy. There is a JD unit like that in the woods at my greatgrandpas. saw it once a few years back but didnt look real close at it. Now i have been wanting for a while to go figure out how to get it outa there!

Atleast ever since I saw this at a show up in OK
