Yep, that's the place. I've got a tedder, International Agritech, by World Agritech Corp., Bethel, OH
Trying to find any paper work when I bought it five years ago, i.e. manuals, parts list, cutaway of the gearbox, came to a dead end.
New owner said he didn't know who bought the patent and info for the tedder, but he didn't have it, and didn't make tedders anymore.
