found on an old chicken ranch soon to be commercial property . What is it and how old? Thinking about giving it a new life and displaying on the lawn.

From what I see it looks like a turning plow in mostly complete condition. Likely built pre 1940s, but I wouldn't know for sure how old it is. Someone here may be able to tell you more. Definitely worth cutting it out of its resting place to have a good look at it.

It is a BF Avery plow. Lots of information on line. The old plows are collectible. A lot of people (including me) restore them. Definitely worth extricating from the trees.
