I've got a 1964 JD 1010W with the back-hoe on it. I'm trying to remove the hydraulic pump that is on the front of the tractor behind the bash plate. I was told that all I needed to do was remove the two bolts and it would pull right out. I've removed the hoses and bolts, and it's solidly stuck. I've tapped it fairly aggressively, pried at it from various angles and even tried using steel wedges between parts of the pump and the frame of the tractor.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
