What is a good source for online (free) manuals for my 3000. I already have the original owner and a service manual from TSC. I also am a member of http://www.farmallcub.com which has tons of online manuals free to print out for a cub. Is there a place like this for Fords?

if you have the owners manual and the I&T service manual.. then all you lack is the oem servicel manual and the parts manual.
the oem svc manual, that I know of is a dealer only item, and not cheap.. but worth it. the parts manual can be had online from 5-10$ on cd.. the 10$ version has the parts manuals from 2000-3000-4000-5000 the 4$ version is model specific..
