[MH50]

Ever since putting my MH50 back together i have noticed that it sputters some when ever the engine RPM is sped up. It also seems that when i start it it will only run on 2 or 3 cylinders for a few seconds untill it gets going a little bit then it evens out on all 4. Do you think this is a carb issue or possibly a timing issue or maybe even something else altogether.

Just off the top of my head , sounds like carb adjustment, or gas flow problem.

thanks, I will play with the carb adjustments some. I dont think it is a gas flow problem because I had the tank off and I cleaned it, along with the sediment bowl and the fuel line.

Get some sea foam and follow the dirctions on the can when pouring it in the tank.

I'm with all the above gentlemen... sounds like a speck of dirt, silt or rust in a fuel passage.
