Tinkering with the idea of semi-retiring my old A/C 175. I saw a nice N.H. TL80 at a local farmer's driveway.I've seen him putting around his fields on a new CaseIH lately.
It's a nice clean well taken care of looking tractor. Two wheel drive, front loader, 2250 hours, about five more h.p. than old Allis at the pto. About what I need for haying. Any comments anyone has with experience on these or similar N.H. models would be appreciated. Anything that stands out to look for on "powershift" type transmissions when checking the tractor operation that might signal trouble? If it's got more than four gears with a clutch, I've got no knowledge about it.
