Need help with Farmall 140 bushhog

I have a 1970s Farmall 140 that I bush hog ~8 acres of pasture 3 times a year. I don't know the name of the fast-hitch bush hog. The PTO is on the left of the 140 and the drive shaft is 2 pieces. One piece attaches to the tractor PTO. A second piece is built into the bush hog to turn the blade. The part on the bush hog is a square rod and fits into a square channel into the piece attached to the tractor. Over time, the square channel has widened due to wear and tear and instead of the power shaft turning in a circle it is more of an oval and eventually will break.
Any suggestions how to fix or replace this.

Thanks

A good metal worker or welder can fix it. Cut out the worn metal and replace with new. It may need to be made of heavier material. I have a homemade pto shaft at our daughter's house on a bushhog. I'll try to post a pic. Might be a few days though.
