The Lord's Brush at work!
Dave, NC has some unique beaches. The southern most ones face south towards the ocean as opposed to facing east towards the ocean. The sun rises and sets over the water at these beaches.BigDaveinKY said:On my bucket list. May seem trivial, but I'm willin' to bet folks have, just to do it.
Maybe next trip to Deltona, Fl to visit my sister, if I find time.
Go to the east coast and watch the sun rise over the ocean, then sight see across to the west coast,
and watch it set over the ocean, the same day.
Hoping it will be as spectacular as that one.
Just something you can't do in Kentucky.
Me too Betty, For years we would take the kids to the outer banks on vacation. Rent the house etc. Sure do miss those days.bettyp said:Love those pic of the beach. Bring back a lot of good memories that we have of vacation . Love being on the beach and picking up shells & watching the waves.
