LOTS of taters. My early ones, planted in February, are almost done. The plants have started to die. There have been very few tater blossoms on the plants this year. Ennyway, it was time for a peak under the plants. What we found is LOTS of taters. It took very little time to dig this bushel. We had some for supper. Very tasty :!: :D

I love little new potatoes and green beans or peas in the pressure cooker with a little cream added after cooking. Great meal by its self....James

You probably have some small ones by now Bert. We planted ours about the third week of Febuary, a little over 3 months ago. A few are still blooming, but they are all ready to be dug. The vines will stay green for a few more weeks, and then will begin to yellow.

We planted some more in April which is late for us. We did that cuz the red ones did not come up well. They have not started blooming yet, but it won't be long, and most of them will probably be small. We have been dry now for about 3 weeks.

Oh goodness....cut them in wedges and bath them in real butter and add as much dill as you want...put them in a tin pan cover them in foil and throw them on the grill....cook them for desired firmness. dash a salt and I could eat the whole thing!

Tried the dill taters tonite Derick. I can see why you like them so much. I think we shoulda had more dill for the amount of taters in the pan. We will do them again. Thanks for the suggestion :!: ;)
