One of our club outings was to Mangaorapa Station, a farm way out in the country, the owner had a couple of sheds full of restored machinery of all types, all beautifully done. Came across these 'bowsers' they looked quite impressive, it sparked my interest. After a bit of searching I was shocked at what I had to pay to get an unrestored one,let alone restored, obviously there aren't too many around these days,in future any I see will have to be admired from afar. . :)
PS> My good wife managed to find some 'models' which she gave me for my last birthday. I was thrilled to bits.

I've always loved seeing the old petrol pumps. Had some really neat looking ones back in the day. Thanks for the picture Red.
