picked up this fuller johnson what do u think

Bought the whole setup today for 600, what do you think. Everything has been gone through, the railroad cart its on has been completely rebuilt with oak, pump and pump jack have all been gone through and painted. Shes ready to go. Ive been wanting an engine for a while and came acroos this one. Best of all cash is a little short at the moment so hes giving me a few weeks to get her paid off! I promised him Id give her a great home and he said thats all he needed to know, I put some cash down and have a few weeks to get the rest together. Whats this set up worth do u think?
