Whilst away this week we went to Ripon, though we look on it as a town it is a cathedral city, has some pretty interesting buildings too

Timber framed cafe

Town Hall bedecked for the Queens Jubilee and Ripon Freedom parade

Cabbies shelter, placed in the market place to give shelter to the cabbies... in the horse drawn days

Thanks for the memories Shelley, I spent a day in Ripon the last time i visited Harrogate,
lovely place to visit
