We had a few nice days of spring and most of the snow went away. Today it has turned cold and close to an inch of new snow. Miserable day but I took these cow/calf pictures a couple of days ago when it was still nice.

Stay tuned for the video. :)

Beautiful healthy looking animals. What breed are they??
Thanks, quite a variety. Black Angus bull a couple of generations ago and the cows are remnants of dairy breeds. Good calvers and stand the SASk winter well. Couple of calves were slow learners this spring and I had to pail feed them the first few days of their life til they figured out where the milk came from. Alls well now.
