depends on what you are doing. A "correct" restoration, no, but one from a C, or super C could be used. the C-113 engine block being the same on all three tractors. The H uses the C-152 engine, and the starters may not bolt up, but if they do physically swap the H starter could be used to make the BN servicable (without using the hand crank) but it would be cobbled up at best.
