just shiped this one out today









the owners got some work to finish it up tho. he going to tin the roof and the sides(bottom 2foot) put a plywood bottom in the woodbox and a new jack

Good job Bert, that'll smoke a good sized hog, a cow, some chickens. ;)
Is it for a commercial restaurant/caterer, or someone who just throws BIG parties??

the guy that i did it for is goin to use it for pig roast and BBQ feeds for taverns and home partys. i just got an order for another one but alot smaller for private use. i love this new thing ive ben doin since last july, one day im weldin and biuldin stuff and the next day i might be fixin tractors or biuldin engines. when the one pictured gets its roof and sides ill see if i can get a pic to show yall

Its really sweet for sure!!!!!!

the general idea of how the pit is put together came from the customer, i just tweeked it a bunch to make it better. normaly id biuld'm like this one

ah that would be good cuz then you'd have an excuse to come up this way :lol:
