I do not have a manual for the late A's, but My service manual for 60 series says
"Tighten connecting rod bearing cap bolt nuts to 100 foot pounds torque tightness and install cotter pins.
If cotter pin holes do not align, tighten nuts to next castellation. Do Not Back Off Nuts."
I am guessing, that the connecting rod torque specks on the late A's and the 60s wouldn't differ very much,
if at all.
My JD 1250 has oil leaking out of a small hole on the back of the base collar of the shift lever. The other lever has the same hole built in. Attached is a photo of it, and a short video of the oil sort of spewing out.
