Here is my guess. Checked images on tractor shed
Old Oliver Plowmaster 2 bottom trailer plow with original steel wheels replaced.

Thank you, that sure looks like the ticket. On the hitch, are the they proprietary? Don't know about old tractors, does an Oliver plow just hook up to an Oliver tractor?

This old plow has been sitting on my property for years and years, don't know what brand it is or what you need to hook it up . Anyone familiar with this type of plow? View attachment 22032

A neighbor had a Farmall H that pulled his Oliver plows. He had at least 2 of them with rubber tires. He added a 4x6, or similar sized wooden beam that was fastened to the plow beams. He attached a single section of a drag harrow with a chain. It ran over the turned ground and really made pretty work. By the way the H lives here now.
