My WD-9 throttle would only run at full speed when I switched over to diesel, and now it won't run on diesel at all - only gas. The throttle control at the injector pump moves freely back and forth. Could it be the governor? Also the block heater cord has come off and I don't know exactly where the block heater is to plug it back in. Would anyone have suggestions? Thanks.
